AD6000 Research project
Evaluate all your sources and experiments in terms of your question .
AIMS:
To develop and produce a creative experimental practical project that tackles clearly identified research questions
To consider and reflect on your research question(s) throughout the practical development process.
To demonstrate a range of experimental ideas and alternative solutions, which inform and question the development process of your project in relation to your research objectives
The Research experiment
This requires you to produce a challenging portfolio of investigative work which illustrates and confronts questions posed by the research area you proposed at the end of level 5 . or from some other important element of your practice that has arisen from your more recent investigations and development.
The outcome should be a challenging practical project- which tackles in an intelligent and resourceful way by experimental process, an investigation (by practice ) into a critical element of your creative practice.
The development methodology of this project should demonstrate a dynamic visual investigation into your research question.
This process and depend upon will and be driven by – a constant objective evaluation in terms of your objectives and the work of others .
It can be a – a book, a comic, a film, a piece of theatre, an exhibition –
The 4000 words should include-
A written introduction clearly identifying the nature of your research objectives.
A clear outline and a comprehensive visual record of your investigations.
Dynamic process, experiments illustrated will evidence your visual research process and outcomes.
An evaluation of the process and conclusions drawn from the experiments.
Bibliography .
this needs to be supported by a full and properly presented Bibliography.
Don’t forget to keep a record of your references for your Bibliography.
